Do we know if this bug is fixed in ANY of the 2.4 or 2.6 patches?

I see that ISE 2.3 patch 7 resolved this. 

Otherwise i may need to look into down grading from 2.4 to 2.3...

Please work through TAC if critical to get a hot patch if possible. There is no downgrade option. You’d have to install and configure 2.3 from scratch

Worked with TAC to obtain hot patch to resolve issue.
