CISCO ISE Migration From 3615 v2.2 to  3655 v2.4 Patch 9

Looking for Document Stap-by-Step Document.

Ideally, you can backup the configuration on the 2.2 instance, including exports of the certificates and private keys.  Then build the new 2.4 appliance using the same hostname and IP address.  Restore the configuration backup on the new appliance.  All of your options and instructions for backing up and restoring are located here:

Including the various scenarios of having a different hostname or IP address than the original backup.

Take a read through Krishnan's thorough upgrade best practices guide. Replace 2.4 with 2.6 and it is essential identical.

Migration from ISE 2.2 to 2.4 facing this issue........................?

Did you run the upgrade readiness bundle on the 2.2 secondary admin node? It will test the upgrade in a cloned state, pass or fail, with a fail generating a log file that you can provide to TAC.
