Cisco ISE Multi Auth or Multi Host

I am confuse, between multi auth and multi host arrangement. Can someone help to face this situation?

In multiple-hosts mode, you can attach multiple hosts to a single 802.1X-enabled port. The first autentication will "open" the interface for all other hosts.

Multiauthentication mode allows one client on the voice VLAN and multiple authenticated clients on the data VLAN. In this case all clients on data VLAN must authenticate to have access.
