Cisco ISE2.4 Patch 9 , End User not getting IP address.

Hi All ,

 

I am facing some strange issue , some of my end-point are authenticated successfully , showing complaints also  but not getting IP Address .

 

Please advise .

Are you changing any VLANs after the posture status changes to complaint ?

Change the following settings in the Posture profile on the ISE and see if it helps :

Ping or ARP attribute to the Value “Ping then ARP” instead of “Ping” to detect the network change.
Change the Ping timeout to 5 seconds.
Change the DHCP release delay to 2 seconds.
