Hello,
I am using a non cisco device with ISE2.4 and trying to configure the switch for web authentication.
Currently as I have found out, when the guest enters username and password on the portal a CoA port reauthenticate command is sent to the switch. Our design requires the ISE to send a CoA bounce port command to the switch instead of a port reauthenticate. How can I alter this behaviour on ISE 2.4? Any ideas are much appreciated. Thanks.

CoA availability is defined within the NAD profile. Find out which 3rd party NAD profile is assigned for the non-Cisco device and alter it so only option available is port bounce.
