Does Radius authentication from NAD for device admin count towards base license ?

If NADs (switches/routers) use radius for device admin login, do these sessions count towards the Base license ?

Yes it will count base license per session.

As previously stated, yes, a RADIUS admin login to a NAD will consume a license.

You can verify this by reviewing the detailed log (magnifying glass) which will include details of license consumption.
