ISE 1.3 Upgrade

I have a customer who currently has ISE 1.3 and is looking to move to 2.0 or better.  What would the migration path be from a part number perspective?  I'm assuming there will be a new purchase of ISE 2.4 VM (Small) and a support contract.  They currently have L-ISE-BSE-500= for their base license count, I am assuming that licensing@cisco.com will be able to migrate that to a new platform?

What I have is -

R-ISE-VMS-K9=

CON-ECMUS-RISEV9SM

Does that sound about right?

If the customer already owns the licensing, then yes, a licensing case will be able to migrate it.

This includes both VM and endpoint licensing. You might not have to order anything to keep existing features.

You could add device admin licensing for TACACS since that's possible on the newer releases.
