Another ISE 2.2 bug?

I have an ISE 2.2 Standalone and an ISE 2.2 Deployment (both on Patch 7). When I try to deploy a Certificate Portal selecting the Portal Page Customization tab results in a blank page. I therefor cannot customize the portal pages of the Certificate Portal which renders the Certificate Portal useless. Using Firefox and Chrome

Had a look on the Release Notes for Patch 14 but no mention of this as an outstanding or bug fix.

Or is there something I'm missing?

See CSCvg26313. As it's only resolved in ISE 2.3+, please follow the workaround.
