ISE Context Visibility Certificate Error

I have ISE 2.3 with latest patch. Has anybody run into this issue.  I checked and I do have A and Pointer records created in DNS. I have the certificates installed in the Trust store.

If your ISE physical or virtual appliance is profiled as ibmSmallMedium, then you are hitting CSCvg54641. Otherwise, please engage Cisco TAC to troubleshoot further.

I had noticed there is a second patch available.  Have you installed the latest 2.3 patch?

I ended up uninstalling the patch and everything is working fine.
