ISE support of MDM

Hi,

Partner just started PoC for integration of ISE and MDM Citrix XenMobile (XenMobile version 10.3.5.354)

but looks like it is not work with the next ERROR message:

ERROR [http-bio-10.10.17.43-8443-exec-6][] cpm.guestaccess.flowmanager.step.StepExecutor -::- Error occured while retrieving mdm server from db: Citrix, No such MDM vendor supported

[Q1] Is there a list of supported MDM vendors AND versions?

[Q2] The next on PoC would be AirWatch. Any limitations with it (or version of it) for ISE 2.1?

We use Airwatch and works great with 2.0 and 2.1 which is all we have used.

- WHAT versions of MDMs ??

- WHAT is the problem with defined version of Citrix MDM??

We’ve introduced a feature in ISE (around ISE 1.4 time frame when multi-vendor MDM support was supported), ISE would look at the logo of the vendor and present the customized MDM page (with vendor logo) accordingly, there’s a reported bug in ISE 2.1 where the name change from Zenprise to Citrix is not captured and ISE 2.1 code is expecting the string to be Zenprise when uploading their logo in to ISE.

ISE 2.0 allows it to bypass the check, therefore you’ll not hit the bug with ISE 2.0

The issue has been fixed in ISE 2.1 and the plan is to put this in 2.1 patch release

We do not have the patch timelines yet.
