Hi, can you please confirm if the small, medium and large VM licenses for ISE are enforced? Or is it a trust model for the deployment of these VM licenses?
They are not enforced. I can confirm that because I am going through procurement to obtain an additional medium license so I have 3/4 nodes licensed with no service interruption whatsoever. HTH!

At least not today, this is accurate for 2.4 and 2.6 but not necessarily for future unreleased versions of ISE. Cisco certainly could, and it wouldn't surprise me if they started enforcing this in the future.
