Local User Password Expiration Notice for ISE

Do we have the ability in ISE to send a notice to users prior to their account password expiring?  If so, do we have that in the Admin Guide? (I could not find it)  If not, do we have the ability to generate a report as to when user’s passwords are going to be expired?

You can set it at Administration > Identity Management > Settings > User Authentication Settings under the Password Policy tab.

What users? If they are in ISE you can, if they are from an external source then we don't have that ability, please be clear
