Manage all BYOD Registered endpoints on MyDevice Portal.

We don't want enduser to manage their BYOD devices from MyDevice Portal.

Is there a way to create and use an admin(manager) account to manage all Registered BYOD device from My Device Portal?

If no, what is the best practice to manage these devices from the admin/manager end?

You can manage it from the admin GUI via context directory. Alternatively you can use API.
