"Secondary ISE node failed to connect during renewal" message on Smart License Manager, but status healthy on Primary ISE node

As the title says, on Smart License Manager, I am getting the below error,

Already verified connectivity is established and status is healthy.

 

Please advise how I can fix this ? Thanks.

Suggest creating TAC SR to root cause the issue.
