We upgraded our ISE from 2.1 to 2.2 yesterday. Up until the upgrade sending guest credentials using the SMS HTTP API worked fine. After the upgrade it no longer works. There is nothing wrong with the http-string as it works when I try from my browser. Sending e-mail directly (not SMS Email Gateway) with credentials works fine.
When I try to resend credentials via the Sponsor portal I get an error message: Unable to send SMS. The traffic never reaches the firewall so it seems ISE never sends the request.
