SSID with Portal cautive

I have an ISE with version 2.4 and I want to add a portal to an SSID ID.

But in versionea prior to 2.4 the route followed:

Policy> Policy Elements> Conditions> Authorization> Simple Conditions

and here in version 2.4 I do not see the part of simple conditios.

How can I do this configuration ???
