Switch Configuration for Cisco ISE Bonding Interface

Arie --

Hi,

I want to bonding Eth0 and Eth1 into Bond0 interface in Cisco ISE 2.4. But I confuse what I should configure in switch which connected to Cisco ISE.

The Cisco ISE is SNS-3595-K9.

Does the switch need to configure etherchannel? Or just normal switchport access for both Cisco ISE interface?

Thank you

Arie

When we bond 2 interfaces on ISE then one Ethernet is in standby mode and one is in active. We do NIC-bonding for redundancy.

We can directly connect the Ethernet ports to the switch port.

Hi,

In the switch, what do I need to configure? Do I need configure port channel on the switch port? Or just leave it as switchport mode access?
