VPN and Cellular Users' Authentication using ISE

Can we use ISE to authenticate VPN users? If yes, is it possible to do this on Virtual ISE machine?

Could someone please share any config example?

Yes Cisco ISE integrates with the vpn use case

You can use ISE in a virtual machine or physical appliance model
