ISE integration with fmc and AnyConnect Apex ( AMP enabler )

Hi ,

To enable auto remediation/ quarantine of non-compliant device, do i need to integrate ISE with FMC ? , i am a bit confused as i thought that its ISE which push dacl to switch ?, something like that.

Also does cisco really have a synchronized security solution, like maybe AMP for Endpoint integrate with FMC ?
