CISCO ISE 2 NETWORK ELEMENT SAME IP RADIUS

Greetings! i have a problem, i got hosted 2 different app in the same server . When i want to create second network device  i got this error. Is there anyway to archive with network device with same IP? It is same vendor.

You can have a look at this doc for editing/deleting a network device. Its an old doc but may help.

It does say - 

–You can define a specific IP address, or a range with a subnet mask.
–You cannot define two devices with the same specific IP addresses.
–You cannot define two devices with the same IP range. The IP ranges must not overlap either partially or completely.
