We moved from Tidal 5.3 to Tidal 6.1. Some of the runtime users some how ended up in the Interactive User. Can I move an interactive user to Runtime user group. I tried deleting the runtime user in the Interactive group but got: Cannot delete selected record. Remove Proxy [365] in JobDetail reference first. I searched for that runtime user but couldn't find it in any job, job detail, event, action, etc.
So I guess my question is, can I move that interactive user down to runtime user without deleting first?
