I am trying to install CPO 3.0 path 5 on a Server that is running the CPO 3.0 instance, I am getting a weird error message.
"Cisco Process Orchestrator 3.0 Path 5 cannot be installed from a network share. Please copy the file locally and restart the application."
Even though the patch was downloaded directly from the cisco.com to the local C drive. Windows security may be causing the issue and I was told to look into properties -> securities tab of the files and unblock. The setup file did appear to be blocked and unblocked it. But still the patch won’t install throwing the same error. Has anyone encountered similar issues? Any suggestion would be much appreciated.

You might need to check all the DLLs in the directory structure. I've seen the DLLs be blocked before as well.

I checked each and every files under all the folders after extraction. All dll files seems to be fine. None of them has the unblock button anymore but still the patch won't install.
Thanks

I would suggest to open a TAC case.
