Ldap integration

The ldap configuration in our IT department has multiple forest and domains. Currently we are using Request Center 9.1 and we only use one of the domain to authenticate. Is there any way we can make the authentication to search multiple forest/domain.

I am also wondering if there is a plan to do this out of the box.

Hi Adam,

We ran in to the same scenario, and had to get a custom SSO event delivered by nS professional services.  It's a bit of a pain, as samAccountName can be duplicated across different domains.

We set our BindDN in our LDAP configuration to be the parent domain; and our SSO event does the rest.  Buzz me if you'd like to discuss any further!
