Linux Licencing Question: What is the difference between L-TESAGUX3-NP-K9 & SWSS UPGRADES TES Agent 3.0 For Unix HP,Sol or AIX

Hello,

Environment: Windows/Linux VM clustered

I am working on adding a Sandbox to our environment and was quoted for both of the below:

L-TESAGUX3-NP-K9

CWA Agent For Unix HP, Solaris or AIX

&

CON-ECMU-LTESAGUN

SWSS UPGRADES TES Agent 3.0 For Unix HP,Sol or AIX

Im not sure what the differences are and im having a difficult time to understand if I need one or the other or both to connect a Linux agent to a clustered VM environment.  can anyone assist.

L-TESAGUX3-NP-K9 is the part number for Unix agent and CON-ECMU-LTESAGUN is the maintenance SKU for the same. Maintenance entitles you for TAC support and downloading new software versions and fixes.

For Linux agent in non-production environment, the correct license and maintenance would be as follows:

• L-TESAGLX3-NP-K9  CWA Agent For Red Hat, Cent OS, SUSE or Oracle Linux
• CON-ECMU-LTESAGLN  SWSS UPGRADES TES Agt 3 For Red Hat,CntOS,SUSE/OrlLx
