Hello guys. Has anyone tried to redeem the education credits after buying a training from Cisco learning store?
When i try to do it in submit items i only get network academy option and it does not apply.
I open a case almost a month ago and I'm still waiting for a response from the certification support team.
I'm worried because I'm about to buy a new training devcor but if i can not redeem the education credits it would mean that the statements about using education credits for recertifications from buying trainings at the learning store is not true.
I mean... this should as fast as I get the charges in my credit card.
