Requesting a service in a delivery plan

Hi

I am trying to make a RAPI call, i.e trying to submit a service request using an API call from CPO.

The issue is, I have some drop downs in the service I am trying to make a RAPI call to.

The RAPI call fails and the displays the error: "Value <value> does not exist for this field".

I tried to populate the possible list of values in the display properties(API). This affects my existing form and displays all those values in the field on load. I need to field to be empty on load.

I would like to send a list of possible/acceptable values for all drop downs in the RAPI call itself.

Can you post some sample API calls to this?

Or if you would rather, since internal Cisco, work it out over email/Techzone?
