Saving the security key on CPO 3.0

Hi all,

I'm a newey with the tool (and also at Cisco) and I'm trying to learn as much as possible, so sorry if it has been already asked, but I didn't found it on the forum.

I'm trying to save the Security Key as the user guide states on page 98:

aspnet_regiis –px "Tidal Intelligent Automation Server" Keys.xml -pri

But this command does not work, and it shows all the help of the aspnet_regiis command on screen.

Could it be that the name of the key has been changed?

I'm not on customer environment, but it seems to be a important thing to have backed up just in case.

Best regards,

Alex.

One more thing to make sure of is that you type the command out and do not copy paste it. We have seen an issue where using copy/paste from the PDF does not work for some reason.

This command is correct for Windows Server 2008.

Please check what OS you are running the server on

Also please double-check that you are an administrator on the machine (you may not have proper permissions if you are not administrator)

That worked for me, thanks a lot!

PDF reader inputs some rubish character when copy from file.

Thanks a lot.
