Scheduling SAP inforpak

I am trying to create a Tidal job that will schedule and inforpak in SAP BW and getting the error message “SAPChangeIPAK: You do not have authorization for the DWB object. (INFOPACKAG: 831)”.  I am a Super user in Tidal.  Has anyone seen this message before and how is it resolved?

This error message is coming from the SAP BW environment. Check the SAP profile of the SAP user that you've configured in the connection to make sure that they've necessary authorizations enabled.
