TES hotfix bundle releases for December 2013

TES  latest hot fix rollups build for 5.3.1.450, 6.0.2.181, 6.0.3.308,  6.1.0.403,  windows (3.1.0.13)  and unix (3.1.0.14) agent is  successfully uploaded to Cisco portal.

Have we stopped publishing the monthly bundle releases in this forum? 

Do we have offical documentation explaning the versions and  patching releases?  For example, what is the difference bet 6.0, 6.1 and 6.2 from a numbering perspective?  Is i What is the diffrence between the monthly published bundles from the more frequent builds we sometimes get from support other that the number of fixes in them?
