TES hotfix bundle releases for October 2013

TES   latest hot fix rollups build for 5.3.1.445, 6.0.2.180, 6.0.3.307,  6.1.0.372,  windows (3.1.0.12)  and unix (3.1.0.14) agent is  successfully uploaded to Cisco portal.
