We've been having issues from time to time where the Tidal Client will get the loading/spinning symbol for upwards to 2 minutes and become unresponsive. I have contacted support and sent them numerous logs etc but they aren't able to pinpoint any problems. I have checked the Master, Database, and Client CPU and Memory load and everything seems fine there.
Has anyone ran into a similar issue where they were able to resolve it. Could it be an issue with the database or config settings?
