Unknown internal error

Hi,

While submiting an order, receving the error (attached snap), "unknown internal error  --> An error occured when we tried to process your request...... "

What are the steps to be taken to find out the root cause?

Tried to check log files c:\CiscoServicePortl\logs\  , but does't help.

workaround / fix available?

There could be many reasons for this error. Since you did not see anything obvious in log files, I recommend contacting TAC.

Just to make sure that you are looking in the right place for the logs, could you please use application UI to view logs? - Go to Administration Module then to Utilities tab (or click on Use Support Utilities from Administration Home screen).
