Unsubmitted Requisitions
Hello,
We have disabled 'Add and Review Order' button on all our forms. However, users are still randomly getting unsubmitted requisitions in their queue.
The concern is if they have an unsubmitted requisition for some form 'A', and if they try to request the same form again, they get the popup message on submtting the form which asks them to choose 'Submit Together' or 'Submit Separately.' If they click 'Submit Together', they get the error message.
Has anyone any idea on how those unsubmitted requisitions get generated if 'order cart' functionality is disabled by hinding 'Add and Review Order' button ?
