Control Center Sandbox not available on DevNet

Hi Team,

Not able to view the 'Cisco IoT Control Center' sandbox in DevNet.
I am accessing it using the documentation at the following location : https://developer.cisco.com/control-center/
Please advise from where the sandbox can be provisioned.
