AIP-SSM 10 is showing Unresponsive

Hi,

I have one AIP-SSM-10 in ASA 5520. In show module it is showing Unresponsive. I tried to reimage the module using

hw-module module 1 recover configure

and

hw-module module 1 recover boot

but it is not taking anything from tftp server. From my ASA tftp is pinging and connection is also permitted in access-list. But no data transfer is showing through tftp.

Pls help.

try reseating the card, if that doesn't work..then RMA is the only option
