IME - How to show report description name in the report?

Hello guys!

I have some reports configured to send! I have a different name for each one.

We have the field named "Report Description" <-- Editable

We have the field "Report Name" <-- Not editable

We have the field "Report Type" <-- Not editable

So, I want that in the report shows the Report Description or Report Name,

How can I set it to use Report Description name?

I don't find the exact option to rename the report but I found the guide for Configuring and Generating Reports:
