IPS CPU utilization issue

Hi,

 

One of the active ssm-10 ips showing cpu utilization sometimes 100% and sometime 0% 

is it normal or something else ?

Also find attachments

Hi Adbul,

As i had mentioned in earlier of your post, that cpu bar is not the correct indication of ips inspection load :

"CPU usage statistic are not a good indication of the sensor processing load. The inspection load percentage in the output of usage over last 5 sec 100 "

Hi Abdul,

There has been one defect already addressing this behavior. another defect(an enhancement) has been opened which finally removed cpu bar statistics from GUI as it doesn't provide the correct behavior. Later versions have this enhacement.

Then Whats the usage of CPU bar utilization there ?

Have you faced this issue earlier which shows inappropriate values ? 

Is it bug for GUI ?
