I'm having problems downloading sigv5-SDM-SS528.zip. It wants my CCO login which I provided but it keeps prompting me.. Tell me I need a SmartNet contract to get this and I'm going to scream.. This will be the third thing that I confirmed I didn't need a smartnet contract to get from Cisco but after buying this router I did...

usually for signatures updates you need to have your CCO associated to a valid contract. If your IPS is under a smartnet contract then you should be able to download software.

I belive you need software services agreement associated with your CCO profile.
