Quick Start for CSA 4.5 and MC for CSA

I have just begun running the eval version of MC CSA and CSA4.5. I have the 500 page user guide, but I wonder if there is a "quick start" guide somewhere that might summarize the key steps for deployment and management, or any other introductory documentation that might help me see the big picture.
