Jabber for iPhoneのSRST対応について

CUCM12.5でJabberを利用しようとしています。そこでお聞きしたいのが、Android版Jabberはリリース10.6からSRSTはサポートされていないようですが、iPhoneは最新リリースでSRSTは問題なくサポートされていますでしょうか。

確かに Jabber のリリースノートの方には SRST についての情報が記載されていませんが、SRST のサポート一覧のドキュメントに Jabber for iPhone が SRST 未サポートであることが記載されています。

Unified SRST/E-SRST 14.1 Supported Firmware, Platforms, Memory, and Voice Products

Cisco Jabber for Android and Cisco Jabber for iPhone and iPad are not supported with Unified SRST.

ご参考までに CME でも未サポートとなります。

Restrictions

• The Cisco Jabber CSF client supports only the softphone mode with Cisco Unified CME.

• Desk phone mode is not supported.

• The following Cisco Jabber CSF type of devices are not supported:

  • Cisco Jabber for iPhone (both full UC mode and phone-only mode)

  • Cisco Jabber for Android (both full UC mode and phone-only mode)

  • Cisco Jabber for iPad (both full UC mode and phone-only mode)

SRSTの最新VerではJabberForiPhone/Androidが未対応の旨承知しました。追加の質問ですが、JabberForiPhone/AndroidがサポートされているSRSTバージョンと、SRSTに対応しているJabberForiPhone/Androidのバージョンもご教授頂けますでしょうか。

なお、CUCMは12.5を導入予定ですが、上記の旧バージョンのSRSTの導入可否も併せてご教授頂ければと思います。

残念ながら、現在の Jabber for iPhone をサポートする SRST バージョンはありません。

現在の Jabber for iPhone のバージョンは 14.0.3 ですが、Jabber 14.0 のプランニングガイドには SRST 12.8 以上と記載があります。

Unified SIP SRST 12.8 and later

しかしながら、SRST 12.8 以上では Cisco Jabber for iPhone はサポートされておりません (Windows, Mac のみ)
