Phones registration

Hi all,

I had a qurie on "Phones registration." Recently We upgraded CUCM from Version 6.0 to 8.5 but for some sites devices (Phones) are partially registed (Half of the phones got registed wit the CMGserver). Could any one tell me what would be the main reason to this kind of problems.

What would be the precautions we need to take on Firmware and TFTP server side.

Abhilash,

What are you getting from RTMT? Checking the logs might provide useful information or even pinpoint the problem for you.

Did phones download the new firmware and rebooted ok? They could be stuck during upgrade and needs an extra helping hand... Without further logs it could basically be anything.
