10.5 Open LDAP integration: Line Mask feature greyed out

I am attempting to import users from Open LDAP into CUCM 10.5.   In the customer's LDAP format the users have 10 digits.  the customer needs them to show up in corporate directory as 4 digits.  I am attempting to add the MASK XXXX, according to 10.x SRND.  The check box is greyed out. I have selected the DEFAULT FEATURE GROUP TEMPLATE.  Still option is greyed out.

SYSTEM>LDAP>LDAP Directory>NEW

This is not a solution but might be a working workaround for you.

You can either use telephonenumber or ipPhone to sync from the LDAP.

If they use telehonenumber today, you can add the ipPhone-values to the AD and sync with that value instead?
