1st Call Drop After three ring 7941- 2nd Call Engage After three 3 bell ring 7960

Dear All,

     When I call to extension on which I am facing the issue it ring 3 times and then issue come as I mention in the subject. Any one knows about this issue, I am checking the issue but not sure what can I do to make stop or to make ring more than three. I have done the s changes in line setting under phone,

No Answer Ring Duration (seconds) to 15 seconds buts it not working.

Please advise what to do. Thank you.

Hi Waleed,

As per my understanding u have problem with 7941 i.e it is ringing only thrice..

Set the No Answer Ring Duration (seconds) to  20 seconds and check.

Each ring will take 4sec so increase the duriation.
