Just finished installing a new callmanager 6.1.2, i have 2 issues. Busy lamp status for call lists. i have set up the parameters and have all people in a presense group. When a user geta missed call the busy lamp status on the calls list are not being updated. i have checked this functionality on another callmaager system and all works. Any troubleshooting tips would be good. I also have pickup groups, which work bu the group notifications also does not update ?
