Hi Irfan,
I have seen this deployment work in many cases, you can check the section "Configuration of Multiple Cisco Unity Connection Clusters Integrated with One Cisco Unified Communications Manager Server" of the following link to get a confirmation that this is supported
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cupa/visual_voicemail/8-5/install/guide/vv_install/cluster_failover.html#wp1055747

Hi Irfan,
Yes, it is possible. You may study the available Unity Connection deployment models here
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/connection/9x/design/guide/9xcucdgx/9xcucdg050.html#85623

Hi Manish,
How you doing. Thanks for your quick response.
On cisco site and in deployment models it says Multiple CUCM cluster to single Unity Cluster but not vice versa(Multiple Unity Clus to Single CUCM Clus).
