Hi,
We have a customer experiencing issues with call waiting on their receptionist phone. What we have notice doing our troubleshooting the issue is intermittent. The user does hear a beep when they are on an active and another call is received. Some times the user has the "Answer" option on the phone to pick up the second call and some times the option isn't available. The phone has two DN's configured. The DN's are configured as an octo-line with the below configuration. Have anyone experience this behavior and if so, how can this be corrected? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
