2911 or 2811 WITH 2 AIM CUE

Hello.

I can install on a 2911 or 2811 two AIM CUE or two NM CUE or 1 AIM CUE and 1 NM CUE?

Hi Eduard,

AIM-CUE  are not supported on ISR G2 series. You need to go for ISM-SRE [service ready engines ] on ISR G2 .

AIM-CUE are already end of life and replacement is AIM2-CUE

Thanks for your answer Aman, but I have another question.

I can install two modules supported on the same router?

For example:

In a 2911:

• 2 ISM-SRE or
  
• 1 ISM-SRE and 1 NME
  

In a 2811

• 2 AIM2 CUE or
  
• 1 AIM2 CUE and 1 NME

Why u want to have two cards on same router?

In cisco 2811, you can install two AIMs

In cisco 2911, you can install one ISM. 2911 has no AIM slot.

It is a request of the sales department.

In a company have a 2911 (with ISM) and 2811 (with AIM) and want to unify everything into one and need the maxium IVR chanels.

The NME is compatible with both?

I could not find anything concrete which says on combination of two different cardsfor sam efunctionality on ISR and ISR G2 routers.

What best u can do is if you have the cards available with you , just check whether the cards are getting detected.

Above that even if it is supported  , we need to understand on the integration of combined modules.

FOr NME-CUE , u require additionally SM-NM-ADPTR on ISR G2 routers.

FOR NME-CUE, it can be inserted into 2811 NM slot.

can i use Cisco AIM-CUE (AIM-CUE-1GBCF) Unity Expess Module with 1GB Flash Card with Cisco Router 2911 or 2951 for lab? Is this compatible?
