3 times voice mail greeting played

Dear friends

i have got a phone on which the voice mail greeting is playes for 3 times then it goes to beep for recording. it rings normal for 30 seconds as configured then it goes to voice mail but playes the greeting 3 times. same lines. this is not with other phones only one phone. Any idea.

Please suggest.

guys please dont only read.. please give saome idea or suggest some troubleshooting method

Hi Jatinder

Within the Greetings menu of a subscriber there's an checkbox to Reprompt the user after so many seconds of silence. Please can you confirm that this isn't checked currently?
