We are running IOS ADVENTERPRISEK9-M ver 15.1(4)10 on a Cisco 3845. We tried to enter command for call-manager-fallback but the commands are not accepted. Here is what we normally see:
er-router#conf t
er-router(config)#call-manager-fallback
er-router(config-cm-fallback)#
However, on this particular router we see the following:
er-route2r#conf t
er-router2(config)#call-manager-fallback
er-router2(config)#
Any thoughts here?

Does both the routers have same memory, features like call-manager-fallback requires the apt amount of memory as per the IOS loaded.

That was it. The router that did not work needed more memory added.
