[3905] Can't Make call to internal extension

Please Help,

Im having an issue with my cisco 3905. some CP 3905 can't make or receive call from internal extension with same location and device pool.

CSS Tasik contain PT_Staff partition, ip phone on remote site.

Do you have the detail configuration ?

Check if logical partitioning is configured if yes see the allow deny policy as you said the device is in remote location.
